The $10 fee is to ensure excellent service by finding the best travel deals and making recommendations to suit your every need(s). We will gladly take care of as many details about your trip as you'd like (no matter how wild they might be), and if any issues arise, we will be the ones to handle them for you every step of the journey. The fee is there to protect your time and energy (vise versa), and if you do not enjoy your vacation, the $10 fee is 100% refundable whenever you get back from your trip guaranteed!

Do I have to get the "Travel Protection"?

Of course you don't have to, but it is highly recommended. Travel Protection is available and recommended to protect your trip. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel Protection protects you from losing this investment.

How do I cancel my trip?

Call us right away! We understand life does not care if you have a trip booked so if there is any reason you may need to cancel your trip, please get into contact with us ASAP! Please understand if you do not have the "Travel Protection" added then there is a possibility you will not be refunded for your trip.
