Global Getaways travel co. Policy

1. Introduction

This Sales Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing all final sales made by Global Getaways Travel Co. ("Company"). By purchasing any product or service from the Company, and signing below, you ("Customer") acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Final Sales

All sales made by the Company are considered final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be returned, or refunded, except as expressly provided in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

3. No Money-Back Guarantee

The Company does not offer any money-back guarantees on its products or services. This means that, except as otherwise specified in this Policy or as required by applicable law, the Company will not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the product or service.
  • Change of mind or circumstances.
  • Technical issues or compatibility problems.
  • Errors in product or service description or pricing.
  • No shows or missed flights 

4. Exceptions

The Company may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this no money-back guarantee policy in certain circumstances or as required by applicable law. Such exceptions may include:

  • If the Company is genuinely unable to fulfill a Customer's standards of satisfaction with their trip, a refund of the service fee made prior to booking can be refunded.

5.  Payment Terms & Cancellation Fees 

If Customer fails to make a payment(s) on the trip, the entire trip is subject to be canceled without refund or returns, unless stated by the Travel Protection added prior to booking. Customer will be informed by the Company a week prior the payment is due, then again two days prior to the due date. If the final payment is not paid on the designated due date, the trip will be canceled. If Customer fails to make the final payment leading to the cancellation of the trip, there will be a Cancellation Fee of $50.00 (USD) paid to the Company.

7. Governing Law

This Sales Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
